Beaujolais Cocktail

- 4 oz. Beaujolais
- 1/4 oz. red seedless grapes
- 1/2 scoop rainbow sherbet
- 1/4 cup ice cubes

blend until smooth and garnish with red seedless grapes

Galliano Colada

- 3/4 oz. Galliano
- 3/4 oz. Mount Gay rum
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. coconut juice

garnish with a pineapple wedge and two maraschino cherries — serve with straws

Old Tavern Float

- 1 oz. DeKuyper root beer schnapps
- 1 oz. Gilbey's vodka
- 4 oz. orange juice
2 large scoops of orange sherbet

Flying Grasshopper

- 1 oz. vodka
- 3/4 oz. green creme de menthe
- 3/4 oz. white creme de cacao
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
